It’s completely self-contained so components can be installed out of sight where they won’t interfere with the visual appearance or operation of the kitchen.
Pirahna restaurant fire suppression systems.
Due to its rapid flame knockdown, securing, and cooling effects; Pirahna restaurant fire suppression systems offer many advantages over traditional fire protection for restaurants. In approximately one minute, the PIRANAH system typically reduces the temperature of the cooking oil or grease below its autoignition temperature. That’s about 15 times faster than conventional wet chemical systems where the fuel may remain hot enough to reignite for as long as 15 minutes after discharge.
KITCHEN KNIGHT II system.
The KITCHEN KNIGHT II system offers breakthrough technology in kitchen fire suppression systems. The fire extinguishing agent is a potassium carbonate-based water solution that knocks the flame down, cuts off air to the burning grease and cools the hazard area to help ensure the fire stays out.
KP Restaurant System.
The KP Restaurant System is a pre-engineered, wet chemical, stored pressure type with a fixed nozzle agent distribution network. When a fire starts, the detection network, consisting of fusible links or pneumatic tubing, will automatically detect the fire or the manual pull station can be used, releasing a low pH agent throughout the hood, duct and onto the appliances.
Self-contained range guard system.
Self-contained restaurant fire suppression system that incorporates equally spaced discharge nozzles over the entire length of the kitchen hood. Pneumatic Linear Detection device, located behind filters, runs entire length of hood and activates automatically at pre-determined temperature. Features include overlapping spray of wet chemical agent and 34 in. deep x length of hood zone of protection.
